• Exercise - studies show that even a moderate exercise a few times a week reaps innumerable physical and mental benefits
• Keep your pH levels balanced - proper acid-alkaline balance is the key to good health, but the key is balance. Remember, it is harder for bacteria to thrive in an acidic environment
